Position: Seasonal Registered Nurse $49.00 per hour – Progressive Care Unit (PCU)3, 6 or 9 month contracts$1,100 per month living stipend (taxable)$49.00 for night shiftEnd of contract completion bonus available! Hours/Shift: Full Time; 7:00pm - 7:30am with shifts every other weekend Minimum Requirements:Graduate of Nursing Program (Associates or Diploma Program)BSN preferredArizona RN License or Compact State RN LicenseAmerican Heart Association BLS & ACLS certificationMinimum of one year of acute care experience Key Responsibilities:Works under the direction of the physician and the Arizona State Nurse Practice Act to provide nursing care to patients in compliance with nursing standards and regulations.  Utilizes the nursing process to make continuing assessments of the patient’s total health needs; implements nursing interventions based on assessment data; develops and implements the nursing plan of care, and evaluates the patient’s response. Strives to provide excellent patient care with compassion, tact, cheerfulness, accuracy, patience, flexibility in scheduling, calmness in emergency, and ability to work well with team members, receiving and applying feedback from peers and superiors.
